The Bor Women Association strives...
  • to provide education, to develop programs and projects for social development to extremely needy children.
  • organize seminars, workshops, conferences, vocational courses and other necessary training for the youth, women and all the people of Bor
  • to provide guidance and skills to promote self-reliance in children, women and youth.
  • to develop natural talents in children and train them in other disciplines through which they can derive a livelihood.
  • to be responsible for representing all refugees families on matters pertaining to child care, women's empowerment and women's advocacy.
  • to solicit and organize training for its members.
  • to campaign against child abuse, women abuse, joining gangs and other immoral acts that are a characteristic of the life style of some of the youth which is an act of self-destruction. To do so by showing them the danger such acts hold against their life and showing them the positive way of handling themselves and their destiny through constructive enlightenment.
  • to counsel refugee children by giving them career guidance in schools, encouraging them to create friendships, and teaching them tolerance and love.
  • to provide support to vulnerable groups, especially single mothers, youth and people with disabilities.
  • to work hand in hand with the other associations and organization having the same or similar objectives to those of The Bor Women Association for the purpose of achieving any of the objectives herein expressed.
